Payment Method Products may be ordered using VISA, MasterCard, American Express or on open accounts. Credit card orders that are shipped to an address other than your billing address will require additional verification. All orders are subject to verification and approval. A hard copy PO with valid PO number may be required for on account orders.
Security and Privacy Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is used to add security to your credit card transactions. We do not use your name or any of your personal information for any promotions other than those offered strictly by TIG.
Credit Terms Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection including attorney fees in the event of non-payment. A finance charge of 1½% per month may be charged on past due invoices.
Shipping Orders for in-stock products that clear credit by 4:00PM Pacific Time (7:00PM Eastern Time) will ship the same day or the next day at the latest. Normal shipping is UPS. You may request other carriers during billing confirmation. TIG reserves the right to select the carrier on any order. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must use UPS Blue or faster service. Orders for international shipments can not be accepted.
Pricing TIG offers competitive pricing on over 800 manufacturers products. Additional discounts may apply based on your purchase volumes. Contact your Account Manager for details.
Product and Price Typographical Errors TIG reserves the right to make adjustments to ordered products and prices that may be due to product availability, typographical errors or price changes that may occur without notice. A TIG Account Manager will confirm your acceptance of any adjustments prior to shipment.
Damaged Products Product that arrives with visible damage to the box should be refused. If carton damaged goods are accepted, you must file a claim with the carrier and send a copy of the inspection report to your TIG Account Manager. Please note that products must be examined for damage prior to assembly to qualify for return.
Returns and Refunds Defective product may be returned within thirty (30) days of the shipping date for repair or replacement, as determined by manufacturer warranty. Contact your TIG Account Manager for Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Non-defective products returned for credit or exchange are subject to 15% restocking fee. After thirty (30) days the manufacturer's warranty applies. All returns must be shipped prepaid with an approved RMA number clearly shown on the shipping label. Open software may be returned only if defective and then only for replacement, not for refund.
Open consumable supplies may not be returned or refunded.
All RMA numbers issued are good for fifteen (15) days from date of issue.
Non-defective product returned for refund or exchange must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and be accompanied by all original packaging, documentation and accessories.
Shipping charges on original order are not refundable.
All products must be received by TIG before refund or replacement can be processed (no cross shipping, please).
Warranty Disclaimers/Year 2000/Limitation of Liability Products purchased from TIG carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty (if any), which warranty may or may not address "Year 2000" compliance issues. Manufacturer's warranties may vary on each product. Extended warranties may be available on certain products. Manufacturer warranty information is subject to change without notice.
TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION GROUP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, YEAR 2000 COMPLIANCE, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TIG shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the product, even if TIG or a TIG authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All products are sold "As is". TIG makes no warranty as to the performance of any product sold. TIG is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or any other damages. This disclaimer by TIG in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty, if any.
